We have client companies relocating with employees selling off their current property and relocating homes elsewhere in the USA with their business. You would handle multiple employees selling and/or buying new homes within your license area,
We would be positioned within the context of multiple relationships as an added income stream to your bottom line.
You would be dealing with multiple sellers and/or buyers deriving a traditional commission for such transactions. Our fee is 30% of the realtor commission for each transaction. Clients we provide are in most cases, key employees and could number as dozens or hundreds.
We need more Real Estate licensees in New York City, California, Illinois, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, and Arizona.
